Booking & Confirmation Essentials
To secure your Napa wine tour, reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our guest services team directly. We require information such as your desired tour date, group size, and any specific winery preferences to tailor your experience.
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent detailing your itinerary and payment terms. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the full balance typically due a specified period before your tour date, ensuring all arrangements are smoothly finalized.
Modifications, Cancellations, and On-Tour Etiquette
We understand that plans can change. Requests for tour modifications, such as date adjustments or changes to the itinerary, are subject to availability and may incur a fee if made within a certain timeframe of your scheduled tour. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss any necessary changes.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operational commitments. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, while late cancellations or no-shows are typically non-refundable.
